Lungomare Marconi in Alba Adriatica is undergoing a major transformation. Renovation works that started in recent months are now nearing completion, promising residents and visitors a completely new, modern waterfront.
The project — one of the most significant for the town in recent years — includes a full repaving of the promenade, new LED lighting, landscaped green areas and rest zones, plus an upgraded cycle path connecting to the Adriatic Green Corridor.

The new promenade focuses on accessibility and comfort: barrier-free pathways, stone seating, planters and premium paving materials that will enhance the entire walkway. New small piazzas along the route will become gathering points for families, with direct sea views.
